Who builds Vanadium

Vanadium Systems starts from a simple observation, repeated across dozens of B2B companies: people spend their days copying the same data from one app to another — from email to CRM, from CRM to Sheets, from Sheets to invoicing. Ten tools that don't talk to each other and a team that ends up acting as the translator between systems.
The founder is a software engineer trained in Automation Engineering, used to thinking of processes as systems: with inputs, outputs, control loops and points where repetitive work can be removed without losing rigor. We apply the same discipline to every module we deliver — from the data schema to the operator's flow.
On the AI side we build voice agents, chatbots and conversational automation that we embed directly into our clients' workflows. AI isn't 'added on top', it's built together with the system.
Vanadium Systems S.R.L. was founded in April 2026 with a single objective: to free people from work that steals their time and focus. We don't replace teams — we take them out of the tasks a well-designed system can handle on its own.
