Four flows recorded in the live app, plus screenshots of the modules used every day.
The operator adds the waste with gross and tare weight, the price comes from the company rate, and compliance warnings show up while the form is being filled in.
Invoicing starts from data that already exists: company, waste lines, quantities and VAT computed automatically, with no re-entry.
Type the tax ID and the rest arrives from ANAF: legal name, address, VAT status. All that is left is the company type and the rate profile.
Field weighing runs on large buttons: pick the company, pick the waste type, enter the quantities and send the sheet straight into the platform.

We connect the app directly to electronic scales and other weighing equipment: the weight lands in the collection automatically, with no manual entry. ROADMAP
The platform evolves constantly, toward the long-term goal: a single app for the whole company.
Top priority: the accounting module
Automatic VAT regime, general ledger, trial balance and tax filings (D300, D394, D390) generated directly from data already entered. The goal: automate 80-90% of accounting work, with no external software running in parallel.
For companies that actually dispose of or recover waste: R/D operation code, own environmental permit and full mass balance.
