Vanadium Systems starts from something we saw in every B2B company we worked with: people spend their days copying the same data from one app to another, from email to CRM, from CRM to Sheets, from Sheets to invoicing. Ten tools that don't talk to each other and a team that ends up acting as the translator between systems.
Ștefan is a software engineer trained in Automation Engineering, used to thinking of processes as systems: inputs, outputs, control loops and the places where repetitive work can be removed without losing rigor. The same discipline goes into every module, from the data schema to the operator's screen.
The AI side (voice agents, chatbots, conversational automation) is built together with the system and wired directly into the client's workflows.
The first three projects (a distribution ERP, a recycling platform and a client portal) were built before the company existed. They showed there was room for someone doing this end to end, so Vanadium Systems S.R.L. was founded in April 2026, in Brașov, Romania.
