VanaDashYour whole company in one app
Not one more app, but the ones you get to close: invoicing, CRM, email, calendar, file storage, team chat, monitoring. One login, one database, one support contact.
Vanadium Systems runs on it every day: real invoices through Romanian e-invoicing, the bank, email and the bookings on this very site.
WHAT IT REPLACES
The apps you get to close
Every row is a module that works today, except the one marked "coming soon". The names are only there so you know which job it takes over.
Pick a module to see its clip, filmed on demo data.

ALL IN ONE PLACE
What a stack of apps cannot do
One login, roles per module
Every colleague signs in with their own account and sees only the modules and mailboxes you give them.
The assistant sees everything
Invoices, the bank, email and clients live in the same database, so the assistant answers questions that cut across them. A stack of separate apps cannot do that.
One support contact
One person who answers when something breaks, not five vendors passing the problem around.
| What | What for |
|---|---|
| Our servers, in the EU | the app and the database |
| The national e-invoicing system | sending and receiving invoices, required by law |
| A public exchange-rate feed | the daily rate |
| Your bank, read-only | transactions, to match them with invoices |
| An email delivery service | so emails land in the inbox, not in spam |
| Cloud file storage, in the EU | the files in the archive |
| An AI model | the assistant's brain; the data and the actions stay with us |
| Phone push notifications | notifications on Android |
WHAT WE USE FROM OUTSIDE
Only what makes no sense to reinvent
Everything in between (invoicing, CRM, inbox, calendar, files, assistant, alerts, roles, messages) is code we wrote, in a single database.
TEAM
For the whole team, not just you
- Colleagues get an email invitation and set their own password
- Roles with modules switched on or off, down to individual buttons
- Everyone works on their own mailboxes, and shared ones are visible to all
- History: who issued, changed or sent something, and when
ON THE PHONE
An Android app, not a shrunken website
- An Android app that updates itself when opened
- Notifications: new message, new email, validated invoice, alerts
- Email, calendar and the price calculator work offline
- "Share to VanaDash" from any app, straight into the archive
The VanaDash code is on GitHub under a source-available licence (PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0): you can read it, run it and modify it for noncommercial use. To use it in a company, write to us for a commercial licence.

QUESTIONS
What companies ask us
- Can I drop my current invoicing app?
- Yes, if the company is in Romania: VanaDash issues invoices, sends them through the national e-invoicing system and pulls in the ones you receive. We move the data from the old app together, at the start.
- Where is the data stored?
- On our servers in the EU, in a single database. Archive files are stored in the EU as well. The exact list of providers we use is in the DPA.
- What happens if I want to leave?
- You take your data with you: invoices as PDF and XML, clients and reports as CSV, and we hand over the rest of your data on request when the account is closed.
- Does it work for a company outside Romania?
- In part, today. Email, messages, calendar, archive, prospects, alerts and roles do not depend on the country. Invoicing through e-Factura and SPV, the D301 and D390 VAT returns, the BNR exchange rate and the SICAP tender feed are built for Romania, and the contract text is yours to bring. The interface is in Romanian for now; an English translation is planned, with no date. For another country, the first step is a conversation.
NEXT STEP
Tell me what you need
VanaDash was shaped by one Romanian company's work. For another company or another country, the first step is a conversation about your invoicing rules, your bank and the apps you want to close. A commercial licence, an instance hosted by us or custom work: we choose after that conversation.
