A concept for small-to-medium quarry and gravel pit operators: sorting aggregate by particle size, weighing with an automatic ticket per truck (weighbridge), dispatching deliveries to clients. Everything about running a quarry, not just mining royalties. A sector with a known reputation for informality in Romania, to be validated with a small sample of real prospecting before building out extensive content. Market research, not a built product yet.
VanaMine is a concept, not a built product, and one of the higher-risk domains in the portfolio: the quarry/gravel pit sector has a known reputation for operating at the edge of legality in Romania. We found only "Inspectorul Balastierelor" (a public monitoring platform, not internal management software).
